With over 30 years of experience redefining beauty across continents, Celso Enrique is not just a stylist — he’s a visionary artist and mentor. From the glittering stages of fashion weeks to private, life-changing sessions inside his studio, Celso has built a legacy on one core belief: You deserve to feel seen, confident, and empowered — starting with your hair.
Born in Puerto Rico and mentored by celebrity stylist Wanda Montes, Celso’s journey quickly soared. He became the first Hispanic educator for Rusk, eventually leading the brand’s expansion throughout Latin America and North America. In 2008, he joined the elite Top Artist Team at Sebastian Professional, gracing major beauty shows and working backstage at New York Fashion Week — setting trends, elevating talent, and inspiring thousands.
But his true calling revealed itself in 2018, when he entered the world of non-surgical hair replacement systems. Witnessing the emotional transformation of clients regaining their hair — and with it, their identity — Celso knew this was his mission. Today, as the Director of Education for Hairskeen USA and co-founder of Impact Hair Studio in Bedford, Massachusetts, he continues to teach, inspire, and restore confidence — one client at a time.
